Returns or exchanges are not offered for:
- Change of mind
- Colour preference
- Size selection
- Personal preference
- If a genuine manufacturing defect is verified by the quality team, Lamhaa Couture will review the concern and provide the most suitable solution.
- A complete opening/unboxing video is mandatory for any defect, damage or missing-item claim.
Defect Resolution
Depending on the verified issue and product availability, the resolution may include:
- Repair or correction
- Replacement
- An alternative available product
- Refund only in exceptional cases where no suitable alternative solution is possible
